Coaching Services
I begin every coaching relationship with core leadership skills that you can use for the rest of your life, so that when our work is complete, the benefits to you have just begun. You will come away with a firm connection to your values and inner compass, increased ease in making decisions and confidence in your leadership – not because you have to be perfect but because you know who you are, how learn while holding power, do your best work and still have a life.
These skills are also the way we stand up to burnout culture and replace it with healthy workplace culture that brings out the best in everyone.
This way of leading is a big change from what we usually see , but I assure you it’s possible.
I’ve gathered those skills into a complete program that supports you in setting a catalytic goal and making specific, transformative change while learning this way of leading. I’ve offered this program to more than 50 leaders, both as individuals pursuing personal transformation and to cohorts, making collective change. It’s called Leadership M.A.G.I.C. and includes 9 lessons in the form of a story-based journey.
I currently offer two ways to work with me and Leadership M.A.G.I.C.:
A 1:1 coaching engagement that includes the Leadership M.A.G.I.C. curriculum plus 10 individual coaching sessions. This package is great for leaders in positions of high responsibility who need a customized schedule, more confidentiality and individual support solving complex problems as they do this work. Fall 2025 Leadership M.A.G.I.C. Cohort. Registration is open for a new cohort program: 12 spots to take Leadership M.A.G.I.C. journey together. The benefit of a cohort program is the power of collective witnessing and support, plus a more accessible cost. We are focusing on the epidemic of burnout in this cohort: when the world is on fire, it’s more important than ever that you are grounded, clear and able to access your creative genius. Earlybird registration for the Fall 2025 cohort is open now, with a bonus 1:1 session for those who register before August 10th.
All Leadership M.A.G.I.C. alumni have access to as-needed 1:1 coaching sessions, anytime they want a little additional support or problem solving.

How 1:1 Coaching Works
When you choose me as your coach, we begin by setting a goal – one that is specific and also catalytic. A goal that will have ripple effects and offer you the transformation you are looking for.
Then your journey begins. There is no such thing as transformative change without going through uncertainty, into the unknown. One of the most toxic lies about leadership is that you have to have the answers all the time. But it’s also true that your power doesn’t stop when you are doing deep work. You still have to make decisions and show up. This tension keeps so many brilliant, caring leaders stuck, even when they long to change and move forward.
My approach to this work links the big transformational change you’re looking for with tackling the real problems you are facing. You’ll learn an embodied, values-based way of making decisions that takes you toward your big goal as you handle what’s in front of you. Here are some of the big challenges my clients have taken on, and transformed:
Skillfully giving and receiving feedback, even with difficult people and situations.
Setting good boundaries on work, on time, with people.
Standing your ground on the stuff that matters- and letting the rest go.
Requiring quality work while being human and supportive to your team.

This program will help you maximize your gifts and your team’s talents. You’ll practice skills that can transform your leadership and your teams’ culture for years to come.
This coaching intensive includes:
The Leadership M.A.G.I.C. nine-lesson curriculum with videos, worksheets, exercises and new skill sets.
A story-based journey that teaches you the basic map of transformation. When you know this map, you will bring its wisdom to every change process you lead, from persuading supporters (they need to change their minds to give you their money, vote, etc.) to handling an internal crisis.
9 1:1 coaching sessions that help you apply the lessons step by step, keep you accountable to the goal you’ve set and your eye on the prize as you handle the specific challenges that come up. (They will help you grow. They don’t always feel that way. I’ll be there to help.) Plus one more coaching session 3 months after you finish, to help you stay on track.
Once you’ve completed Leadership M.A.G.I.C, you can book individual 1:1 coaching sessions with me on an as-needed basis.
