I offer three coaching packages: A one-time boundary setting intensive to allow you to get to know me while solving a pressing problem. I also offer my flagship program, Leadership M.A.G.I.C., with options for emerging leaders and for experienced leaders. Both deliver the transformative skills which have helped hundreds of leaders make decisions and guide their teams with integrity and confidence. Alumni of Leadership M.A.G.I.C. have access to ongoing support, including 1:1 coaching sessions as needed.
Boundary Setting Intensive
(This is an introductory offer, one per person.)
Boundaries on your time and energy are essential to the grounded confidence you need. A healthy “No” makes room for the healthy “Yes!” But sometimes it’s hard to know what that specific No is. In this Intensive, you’ll get clear on what your boundary is, in a way that feels clear to every cell in your body. plus the words to say it and practice embodying confidence as you do. The Leadership M.A.G.I.C. program teaches you to embody your values, make decisions that you can trust in the moment and lead with confidence and clarity. This Leadership M.A.G.I.C. intensive is recommended for experienced leaders who are managing larger teams or more complex challenges such as :
