Leadership coach and consultant on healthy, equitable workplace culture. Combining 25 years of experience with tools of storytelling, anti-oppressive facilitation and individual coaching to improve leadership, team function and workplace culture for dozens of institutions and hundreds of leaders, including King County, the Ocean Conservancy, the Aspen Institute, the City of Seattle, The Nature Conservancy, Oregon Health and Science University, elected officials at the city, county and federal levels and more.
Creator, Director, Consultant, Coach, Heroes’ Narrative Project, 2010-2015
Designed and led a groundbreaking project to create a story-based common vision and narrative for the progressive movement in Washington state. Coordinated execution by thousands of progressive advocates from many sectors, including elected officials, foundations and non-profits, including coaching, workshop facilitation and trainings. This project (and my strategy) became a national model and has been replicated at local and state levels throughout the country.
